She is survived by her daughters Betty Stulgis, Kalama, and Bev Tuttle, The Dalles; grandchildren Mike Knowles, Seattle, Darla Knowles, Skykomish, Kim Tuttle Deskin, White Salmon, Kasey Tuttle and Jodi Sauncy, The Dalles, Ore., and five great-grandchildren.
She was a very active horse women, involved in the West Klickitat Sheriff's Posse, 4-H of Skamania County, and a small horse ranch in Home Valley until moving to The Dalles in 1990.
Her body has been donated to OHSU as per her wishes. A private celebration of life will be held in The Dalles.
