Born in Cape May Court House, he formerly lived in Orlando, FL, before moving to this area a year ago. He was a 1992 graduate of Middle Township High School and attended Columbia College in Orlando, FL. He was an instructional aide at Lower Cape May Regional High School. He was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church and his interests included music, history and he enjoyed spending time with friends and family. Surviving are his parents, William and Jeanette Ackley, a sister, Sonya of Clermont, FL, a brother, CPL. Brian of Cherry Point, NC, his grandmother, Johanna Forsyth of Rio Grande and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, 12 noon at the Evoy Funeral Home, 3218 Bayshore Rd., N. Cape May, where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be sent to the Memorial Fund at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, 2810 Atlantic Ave, Wildwood, NJ 08260 His Social Security Number was 144-60-9738 NJ.
