Well...... *thinks* the whole world is covered in water.. most of it anyway O.o;, and then like 20 years later theres people who go under water and go to the cities and and take information and other junk that they find (Scavengers). Some information is good for income $$ =D and thats how you can make a living doing that job!, supposivly Aika is really good at her job, and shes hired to go do a job, but then other people are doing the same job.. I haven't seen it though ^^;;;; i just read about it and thats basically how I would sum it up =P.
