Misaki Suzuhara goes to Tokyo to live with her Aunt Shoko. While at the train station she gets lost.. she notices two dolls fighting and asks a little girl what they were.. it was called Angelic Layer! She immediatly wants one for herself. Then she met Iccan (the creator of Angelic Layer), who helped her pick out all the supplies, and then went home to build her angel, she named it Hikaru! Then she goes out to be a great fighter with her new doll and wants to be the best..etc
