Michael & Monica's Wedding - U.S.A. 2000

September 15th - 25th

So they finally decided to tie the knot!

Michael & Monica, friends from DC now living in NYC, were getting married on September 16th in Little Washington, Virginia - or very near there anyway. Ed & Jacqui were invited and saw it as a perfect opportunity to see the nuptials and then head out on a mystery tour of the East Coast for the rest of the week.

The wedding was great - if a little chilly - and we had a wonderful time. There aren't many shots here (in fact none of the happy couple), but there are two reasons for that:
1. We were having too good a time to take loads of photos.
2. There were about 50 other people there taking photos already.

Anyway, for those wedding junkies out there here are the URLs for the pictures that the other people took:

After the wedding our intrepid duo took the limo West a stretch and then South down the Skyline Drive and then the Blue Ridge Parkway, working their way to Raleigh, NC to stop off at Ricky & Tika's new place. After an all too brief stay there it was back up the Interstate to see Bobby in DC before flying home - a day late!

Go look at Ed & Jacqui's holiday photos!

Instead of posting the pictures on this website in the usual way we stuck them up on Shutterfly.com in order to get good quality prints made up - they look great BTW. Because they were already up on Shutterfly, it seemed easier to link straight there from here rather than uploading everything again. I hope the new look and feel is to everyone's liking 'cos we'll probably end up making more stuff available this way.

Use the link above to look at the 'album' of snaps that we took. They're not in any order, but descriptions are displayed next to each shot, so you should always know roughly what you're looking at. You can zoom through them using the slideshow feature, or to access them manually, just click directly on the first picture to see a description as well - you can browse through very easily this way by just clicking on the 'Next>' button. Enjoy.
