The first thing the boy Garion remembered, was the kitchen at Faldors farm, where his Aunt Pol was the centre of everything. For a long time that kitchen was his whole world. Therefore, Garion was not altogether prepared when he had to set off with his Aunt and the storyteller Mister Wolf on a journey that lead him to meet many new people, both friends and enemies, and later proved to be the beginning of a journey far greater than he could have imagined! |

Vo Wacume was no more. As Garion waited in the ruins of that old city once so dear to his Aunt Pol, he considered the many things he had come to know during his journey. His Aunt was not who he always had thought she was, nor was Mister Wolf. Garion himself, too, felt different. He began to explore strange powers within himself, while beginning to explore the world and its ways of people at the same time. There was still a long way to go, he knew. |

Princess Ce Nedra was troubled. Since joining the remarkable band of travellers lead by Belgarath the Sorcerer, a change had come over her. After visiting the Vale of Aldur, there were many things she did not understand. The question tarting her most, however, was why she was so attracted to Garion? He was only a peasant boy, after all. But now he was off to Cthol Murgos to join his family in facing the evil Grolim Ctuchik, and she would not be there for him. |

Ctuchik was dead. But the troubles were not over. The first thing on Garions mind right now, was getting out of the land of the Murgos, now that the Orb was recovered. The quest was over, he thought. But that was not quite the case. This both he and the Princess Ce Nedra found out on the Isle of the Winds, at the Citadel of Riva. There Garion was crowned the Rivan King and the Princess wpuld be his bride. But things were not over yet, for the Rivan King still had a task to perform. |

Garion was on his way to face the evil God Torak, as Prophecy had foretold. Accompagnied by Belgarath and Silk, he knew he was on his way to one of the most important meetings of all time. Princess Ce Nedra, who was still back in Riva, also had a task to perform. With the help of Lady Polgara, she mounted an excursion to rouse all the armies of the West to face those that Torak brought with him to Thull Mardu. The fate of the world was going to be decided. |
