The center with its turning bolt. There is a nut countersunk on the backside so it can be fully taken apart.

The top joint in the upper end of the central tube that can be used for securing the head or neck. The horizontal tube can be slided to make it wider or narrower. The oval ring is used to secure the cross to the wall, preferable with at nylon strap to a hook near the top of the wall.

The footrests prohibits the user to touch the floor and can be moved to be used standing with nose or back to the cross, or inside or outside of the legs.

The joint is made of rubber to work freely at any angle of rest against the wall, and any width of the cross.
