介紹二支Parker給93分的餐後甜酒-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 意見來自於: Thomas h173.s86.ts30.hinet.net-163.30.86.173 於 May 31, 1999 at 17:20:56: -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 有許多朋友對加醇甜酒(fortified)較少接觸，一方面是它容易膩，另一個原因 則是它不適合佐餐；我個人倒是相當喜歡甜酒，由於酒精度較高，一瓶一次喝不完也沒關係，只要分裝成小瓶放入冰箱保存，以我的經驗放個一、二個星期口味都不會差太多。一次品嚐個一小杯，不只適合做為睡前酒，更適合做為飯後酒(搭不搭配甜點都無所謂，因為它本身就是一道甜點)：我個人也很喜歡在假日下午以甜酒代紅茶，跟下午茶的點心搭配，或是以甜酒取代蛋糕，做為喝咖啡的甜點，看看書報，聽聽音樂，愜意極了。在此介紹二支Parker給93分的甜酒，第一支是紅酒，第二支是白酒，分數雖然高得不得了，價格倒是便宜得很；雖然Parker對甜酒的分數與評論我個人常不以為然，但Parker畢竟是Parker，總是要尊重一下的。 1995 Chapoutier Banyuls (Parker:93分, Issue 113), 星紡, 約NT$500 Chapoutier's 1995 Banyuls is a good value in sweet wine. It is a fruity, non-oxidized style of Banyuls with tons of chocolatey black cherry fruit, moderate sweetness, medium to full body, outstanding purity, and real vibrancy and freshness, something not usually associated with Banyuls. This wine will drink impeccably with chocolate desserts. It should last for a decade or more. N.V. Chateau de Nouvelles Muscat De Rivesaltes-$15, (Parker:93分, Issue 94), 醴坊, NT$499 Proprietor Daurat-Fort has fashioned a remarkably exotic, full-bodied, unctuously -textured, super-rich, slightly sweet Muscat that must be tasted to be believed. Its huge perfume and wonderfully vibrant, rich flavors can only be found in Muscat made in this area of France. A great value, it is capable of lasting 3-4 years.
