02.12.02 It's already known that the Cartoon Network has been airing episodes of Dragonball since fall of last year. All the earlier episodes that were released were revoiced and new episodes not shown in the United States before were premiered. The episodes followed goku all the way through his training with Muten Roshi to his defeat by Jackie Chun in the Tenkaichi Budokai. Yesterday Cartoon Netork starting airing new more new episodes. The episodes follow the manga pretty closely, except many stories are shown only through the show as they are filler episodes that help round out some story elements and provide filler. you owe it to yourself to check the show to see some of the funnier moments animated.
02.07.02 Guess what? We're back!! I know they we have been absent for a couple of years now, almost two and a half to be exact, but I now have some time and some new resources to continue this ambitous project that was never finished. I see that many links are broken and some images a missing, but I will find the problems and fix them as well as add new content to the site. Hopefully I will have my partner helping me out again, but he has been MIA recently so if not, then maybe someone else would like to help me out. If so and you have experience in html and like Dragonball like I do, then email me @ gokou_5@hotmail.com. Well, see ya!
Welcome
Well, hello all and welcome to our new site. You might have noticed, but there is a serious shortage of Dragonball sites out there on the world wide web. Sure there are plenty of DBz and GT sites, but what about the series that starts it all? That's were we come in. We are commited to bringing you one of the most complete Dragonball experiences ever, so relax and enjoy what we have to offer. Also, keep coming back as we have many things planned in store for you and this site.
Interested in reading Dragonball? You can now read about Goku's early adventures because Viz Communications is currently releasing the series in English in it's original from. It's released bi-monthly and can be found in most comic book stores. If you're looking for the Japanese manga or any of the art illustration books; you can find the manga in compiled volumes and the illustration books at some Japanese bookstores and anime stores that may carry them. Be warned that many of the Japanese books can be hard to find because many of them are now out of print. If you're having trouble locating a store nearby, try checking AnimeNation as they have some of the compiled manga volumes and some of the illustration books.
