We are a Collective - a group of people who have decided to work together to provide the Springfield area with an Earth-based spiritual alternative. We work to educate people about the pagan spirituality and enable people to meet and network if they wish. We organize and host public events. Edge sponsored events are non-denominational and all ethnic backgrounds, genders and ages are welcome to join us(although we ask that minors be accompanied by an adult realizing that we do not have child-care facilities).

Edge events include ritualized celebrations in which we connect ourselves to the earth (grounding), create sacred space (cast a circle), honor the 4 elements  Air (east), Fire (south), Water (west) and Earth (north) and Center. Evening events can include a guided meditation offering people the opportunity to do some personal work. Singing, dancing and drumming may also be included. When finished, we thank the center and elements and open the circle.

Our events are held at the Lakeview Beach House on Lake Springfield. It is located just off of I-55 and exit 88 (Chatham and the State Police Headquarters). Turn west after getting off at that exit and then take the first right past the interstate. Follow this road past the large water tower and a couple of clubs all the way to the end - it ends in the parking lot for the Lakeview Beach House.  Evening events begin at 6:30 PM.

All of our events are drug and alcohol free.  The beach house is accessible and we charge $10.00 per person for an evening event to help with expenses.
