Richard J Redstone

Richard J's mother Mary Jane died in 1846. His father died Feb 20 ,1847 and an unnamed sister died Feb 26, 1847.
His grandfather, William Redstone died June 25, 1847, leaving Richard J an orphan being brought up by Alexander and Margaret Burnett. Since Wm died without a will, Richard J inherited no money.

Also that James sr had a brother Johnathan. and that there were two brothers who came over from Sct together.

William Wilson SPICER

s/o William C. & Jane. Wilson was a widower and 33 yrs. old when he
married Mary. Note in Jenks journal pg.49 "death of Wilson Spicer
age 16, 12 Mar 1900; Wm. Spicer brought corps of Wilson and buried
him in the Baptist Cemetery 14 Mar 1900." This note refers to son
Wilson. 1881 Census, Advocate Harbor. family #114, William, age
32.1891 Census Dist 30 family #203 list age 44, farmer he and his
parents born NS. his wife Mary (she and her parents born in NS, must
be his m/2 as her age 27, and the age of some of the children would
indicate this. Wife's Obit. says he died 7 years before her. 1901
Census Diligent River fam. #77 William, age 53.
