For this final project, I have written a sample Technology Plan for the fictional John Smith High School. It is organized by subject and has pages of resources and web links at the end. The original project also included three sample slide shows using Corel Presentations on the topics of Algeria (Social Studies), Math (Algebra), and French (food words), as well as some sample mark tracking sheets and spreadsheets. Since each slide show, once published in HTML, occupies more than one MB of space, I have been unable to publish the slide shows here.
