SHALLOM!
After successfully performed the musical concert with the title
of "The Last Christmast", now Bethany English Service
(BES) is presenting to you something different. This year we are
going to have a night of Praise and Worship. We understand that
the meaning of Cristmas is just not merely having physical feast
and celebration along with the Christmast Tree and all the other
stuff. We believe when we do the Word of God, that means that
everyday is a Chirstmas Day for us. Therefore, having the presence
of the Lord is the most important key in this event.
Our goal for this event is to let English Speaking people / expatriate know that we exist, and we want to welcome them to enjoy the presence of the Lord Jesus Chirst and to serve Him together with us! Please Note that for this event, the entrance is Free of Charge so, let us all come to praise and worship Him. BE THERE!!!
This Christmas, we do not only want to think about ourselves, but we also want to think about our brothers / sisters who are less fortunate than us. We are planning to visit the orphanage (Matahari Terbit) and elderly people home (Panti Werdha). We are going to visit them on the 23rd of December 2000. For those of you who would like to join us in this visit, please do not hesitate to let us know. We believe your contribution will mean something for them. If you would like, you can donate used decent clothes or food supplies. Or, in case you have no time to do all that, we are also welcome to make some contribution with your money. We will buy the food supplies for them. The more funds and food supplies, the more places we will be able to visit.
At last, we thank you for your time and interest to our Bethany English Service. We hope, in the year to come we will be able to increase our faith and our focus to our Lord Jesus Christ.
