EnsTren: (and hides behind a carefully crafted mask)

EnsTren: (Seto not letting his mask crack, saying the pharaoh needs not apologize to him)
EnsTren: (if seth is going to force him to talk to them in his own game he's going to play it to the hilt so they can't get though and he can't get out)
Edmondia: (so what does he do when Yugi takes his hand and apologizes again?)
EnsTren: (keep the fake smiling carcurture mask on and reitterate himself)
Edmondia: (Yugi quite flatly telling him he's not the pharaoh)
EnsTren: (Seto smiling brittilay and tell seth to throw the imposter out then)
EnsTren: (then going back to the delicate work he had been engaged in)
Edmondia: (Yugi getting pissed off)
EnsTren: (And seto now ignoring him, according to the game yugi wasn't a player any more, so he didn't have to pay attention.)
Edmondia: (Atemu quietly taking over)
EnsTren: (Seto sencing it and waiting for the first move)
Edmondia: ("May I speak with you?")
EnsTren: "Of course..." And he trailed off, fishing for Atemu's role.
Edmondia: He sat down lightly on the edge of the balcony, no expression on his face. "What has my light done to upset you?"
EnsTren: Seto twitched, he didn't like this. Seth forced his hand, if he wanted to keep pretending to catch it back to him he had to play this game, if he didn't then the fantasy was broken. He was so worried that if he broke it without being sure he wouldn't be able to get it back again, and Atemu was steping a little outside the game.
Edmondia: He sat quietly, waiting for his reply, head tilted slightly.
EnsTren: Seto didn't respond, but he did stop his scribing. His eyes showed his attention was directed inwards and Seth shook his head at him to indicate he wasn't talking to Seto.
EnsTren: Seto was trying to decide if this broke the rules or not, if he could safely ignore him in this game. Trying to more propperly define the rules
Edmondia: Atemu silently beckoned Seth closer.
EnsTren: And Seth came closer, worried eyes on his hikari.
Edmondia: "...are you well, cousin?"
EnsTren: "I'm worried."
Edmondia: "As am I."
EnsTren: Seth tugged on his cousin's arm, trying to guide him away from seto so they could talk privately.
Edmondia: He acquiesed, and followed him silently.
EnsTren: Seto went back to scribing once they moved away, they weren't playing anymore.
EnsTren: "All he does is play this game."
Edmondia: "Why?"
EnsTren: "Because he pretends, even with me. He pretends that it doesn't hurt and he pretends it so hard that it's real."
Edmondia: "...that's not healthy."
EnsTren: "I know, but your hikari keeps stealing it away from him, and it's the only thing he has to hide in to protect himself."
Edmondia: "Stealing what away?"
EnsTren: "His ability to pretened. Your yugi kissed him, you know, and Seto asked him to kiss him again. He....he said he could almost taste what he should be."
EnsTren: "And then he started crying and kissing him, and your hikari--I don't know what but Seto picked up that Your aibou didn't like it, or got that idea into his head. And he blew it up and couldn't pretend anymore."
Edmondia: "...I see." And he visibly swallowed down the jealousy and rage, curling his fingers into tight fists and willing himself to be calm.
EnsTren: "He all but locked himself in this room for two days, making sure he could still pretend, getting it back to him."
EnsTren: "At night he didn't stop crying"
EnsTren: "He called me," he swollowed thickly, ""High Preist," and he wore that mask and wouldn't acknowledge anything outside."
Edmondia: He looked away.
Edmondia: "I am sorry that my Yugi caused you so much pain, cousin."
EnsTren: "I'm so worried about him. The only reason he talked to him was because I made him. I told him the pharaoh was here so if he didn't talk he'd be breaking his game."
Edmondia: "What are you going to do?"
Edmondia: (and gotta run)

EnsTren: (and I need to run in about a half an hour, there's a play my friend is in)

Edmondia: "...I honestly don't know."
EnsTren: "He barely touches me now."

EnsTren: "That he loves me, that he can't pretend."

EnsTren: "I had to wait last time, until he was sure..."
Edmondia: "Then we will have to wait again." He paused, hesitating for a moment. "Aibou says he was crying...?"
EnsTren: "Sobbing."
EnsTren: "Incounsolable until he ran away to pretend."
