| This is the longest and deepest fjord in the world (or so I was told!), the Sognefjord. Surrounded by steep mountainsides, lovely waterfalls and deep valleys, we spent most of the time trying to look for the 'church in the village'- the tour guide kept repeating how beatiful each church was as we passed by a village, yet we never saw even one of them. |
