Keep a pencil and some paper by the telephone to take messages for others!

Me: Hello, Afrika. what are you doing?

Afrika: Oh, how are you? I am fine.

Me: Why do you ask?

Afrika: Because my sleepover is today.

Me: Hey, garrett! What's up?

Garrett: I'm playing with me.

Me: Me too! Bye!

Garrett: Bye!

Me: Hello, may I speak to Chanden? Hello, how are you doing?

Chanden: Fine, just chilling. Whatcha doing?

Me: Nothing just up or down. Bye.

Chanden: Bye.

Me: Hey Alexandria. What are you doing?

Alexandria: Oh, nothing. Just sitting here watching TV.

Me: I am doing the same thing.

Alexandria: Well, see you tomorrow at school. Bye!

Me: Hello, Kim.

Kim: I'm fine - why are you calling?

Me: See you later. Bye.

Kim: Call again soon. Bye.

Me: Hi John! Can you come over to my house on Monday?

John: Sure, See ya!
