You know the way that all those American Pie style films have an exchange student who's incredibly hot and a nymphomaniac? Well check out the original: Victoria Zdrok. The first Russian student to be allowed to study in the United States of America after Gorbachev's "glasnost" opened up the iron curtain. Victoria arrived ages 16, eager to take advantage of her historic opportunity. She quickly graduated from Pensacola Junior College at age 17.
Victoria married Alexander Zdrok in October of 1990. The same year she began studies at Pennsylvania's West Chester University. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree at age 18, graduating with a 3.96 GPA. She even appeared on the cover of Philadelphia magazine twice.
Victoria's academic career was put on hold in October of 1994, when she became Playboy's Playmate of the Month. This wouldn't be a one-time event: Victoria went on to appear in dozens of Playboy foreign editions, special editions and catalogs. Victoria says now that she never quite felt at home in the Hugh Hefner's world. "I refused to drop my education to go and hang out at the mansion. That's how a lot of the girls in Playboy get ahead. ... I think Hef feels intimidated by intelligent women."
In 1996, Victoria divorced her husband. The late '90s saw Victoria star in a number of straight-to-video softcore movies, including Star of Jaipur (1998), The Seven Spiritual Laws of Sex (1999) and Centerfold Coeds: Girlfriends (2000).
In 2002, Victoria ditched Playboy for good, becoming a Penthouse Pet instead. In doing so, she became only the second woman, after Linn Thomas, to land both titles. This move allegedly caused Hugh Hefner to tell her he was sad to see that she was "doing porn now". Strange man.
In June of 2003, Victoria received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology after 11 years of study. In 2004 she found herself caught up in a nasty court battle with her ex-husband over their 1996 divorce settlement. This issue was only solved by an in-court settlement. But even as her legal woes unfolded, Victoria was chosen as 2004's Penthouse Pet of the Year and went on tour to promote the magazine. She also became an author, writing The Anatomy of Pleasure: The Head to Toe Guide to Better Sex.
Victoria's official site says that she "appeared in a slew of softcore videos", but there is one clip on the web that pushes the definition of softcore to the limit! If you take it to mean "we can't see close-ups of penetration", then yes. But Victoria gets her partner erect using her hands (and a jar of oil!) and then sits on top of him. Horray for a loose definition of "softcore"!
Victoria has appeared on such TV shows as Entertainment Tonight, Extra!, American Journal, Hard Copy, Inside Edition, and (perhaps not surprisingly) The Howard Stern Show. Victoria now lives and works in New York.

On her move between magazines: "The worst experience was losing the title of Playmate of the Year 1995 which I had been promised, all because Hugh Hefner's then-wife was jealous of me. However, being named Pet of the Year certainly makes up for that now!"
On her Playboy experience: "It was fun at first, but Playboy tries to control the Playmates and prevent them from developing modeling careers or websites on their own. I eventually couldn't take their hyprocrisy and controlling attitudes and 'left the fold.' I am not impressed with all the Mansion party scene or Hollywood, so I don't think I missed out on much."
