Summary
This spoof on Cinderella is filled with humor, love, and excitement. When Ella was just a newborn she a dreadful fairy named Lucinda casted a spell (intended as a gift but more thought of as a curse) upon her making her obey anyone who gave her a direct command.
And she had to do it. If someone told her to go throw herself off a cliff she would have died. Falling in love with Char, prince of Kyrria, proved to cause big problems. Read the book to see how Ella deals with everything.
This is what is found on the back of the paperback version of Ella Enchanted.
