Okay you may think she is ditzy but be truthful, she does have a good heart.  You can really see it now towards the end of the season. (Just wanted to rub that in those snooty little noses that thought she was a brat!  : ) okay enough with that...)  Although earlier she did whine alot and she worries too much about her apperance for a 10 year old.
And its not intirely her fault.  I mean, have you seen her mom? : )
