Here are some pictures of Ed and his new boat.  USS Kamehameha was

commissioned in December of 1965, which makes her older than me!  As I write

 she is on her last deployment to the Western Pacific.  She is slated to be

 decommissioned in October 2001 in Bremerton, Washington.  Ed is having a

 great time as her last commanding officer although dealing with some of the

 material issues on a 36 year old boat are challenging to say the least.  Here

some of the pictures that I've taken in the last month.

This is Ed's first underway on Kam in Feb.

                I took these two pictures when Kam returned from the certification in Feb. 

Here we are on the pier the day Ed left for WestPac.  Such a sweetie, he got us all leis to wear.
