$550/weekend (Friday-Sunday)
$650/weekend (4 nights)

Other Times:

$450/weekend (Friday-Sunday)
$550/weekend (4 nights)
$850/week

Payment Policy:

All payments must be made through a personal check (or with a credit card through Paypal)  There is a deposit requirement in order to confirm your stay.  The rest of the payment has to be received at least one week prior to your arrival.

A $500 insurance deposit check is required in to cover any accidental damage to the house and the electronic equipment within.  This will be returned to you as soon as you leave, given that there is no damage.

This is a family owned vacation home that we decided to share with others.  We will not make any deals with under-25 party crowds.  We ourselves frequently use the house also, so please leave it as clean as you find it.
