The Electoral College of the Gnostic Church is the body responsible for elevations and bestowal of Major Orders in the Church. It is also the body which can make decisions based upon Concordat with other Churches, as well as decisions of recognition. The College may be convened to discuss and resolve conflicts as needed, particularly cross-jurisdictionally. Ecumenical Relations, and overall guidance are also important aspects of activities of the College. There are other responsibilities, but this should give you an idea of the purpose.
