Proceed to the business licensing section
Please take note of the following:

An inspector will go to your establishment for verification

Do not deal with fixers
Proceed to the local cashier for proper payment
Wait within
two to three days (depending upon the
nature of business) present your Official
Receipt to the
business licensing section for the release of your permit.
