This is not and never will be a geocities made page.
I don't have the time, patience, or idiocy to use the darn applet.
I will not have myself in this situation.

A Random Day In Geocities
Say a random person has a random page that they choose to make in the geocities composer type thing.
"Joe"
Joe thinks, ok I will make a page about the excitement of the platypus.
He goes online.
Joe: Geocities seems to be decent and popular, it should be ok. I'll log in as "randombeing."
Welcome, randombeing!
Joe: Yay. Ok, now what will I name my site...
Joe comtemplates this for a few minutes, then decides to choose a template first.
Joe: This one looks nice, I'll click on this.
He chose his pretty and pink background, and then decided to call his place "Joe's Page".
Joe: A stroke of brilliance, if I do say so myself.
Then a window pops up.
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW, FOOL"
Joe: Ok...I won't close the window..
"APPLET LOADING"
Joe: I'm on the road to webmaster!
A few minutes pass.
"APPLET STILL LOADING."
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW, FOOL."
Joe: It must be making a pretty darn good outline for me.
15 minutes pass.
Joe gets some cheese.
"APPLET IS NOT DONE LOADING."
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW, FOOL."
Joe: It sure does have an attitude. I've never seen something take so long though.
10 more minutes go by.
"APPLET ISN'T FINISHED"
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW."
Joe takes a nap for 30 minutes.
"APPLET MIGHT BE DONE, BUT IT DOESN'T KNOW."
"DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW."
Joe snorts and decides to wait another hour.
"NO, APPLET IS STILL LOADING."
"APPLET IS TAKING A BREAK."
"APPLET IS LOADING SOME MORE."
"APPLET LOADING A LITTLE BIT MORE."
"APPLET JUST FOUND MORE TO LOAD."
By now, Joe has turned 18, gone to college, graduated, gotten a job, married, and has 4 kids. He walks into his room. He glances at his computer screen.
"APPLET DOESN'T WANT TO STOP LOADING JUST BECAUSE IT DOESN'T LIKE YOU."
