| The Tar-Aegrandir are an ancient tribe of Ehcora. Decended from the first two ruling Ehcora, Mirsule and Silear, these Ehcora are wanderers. They travel alone, but allways return to a large stationary group, referred to as "the tribe", that dwell on the high bluffs over Kires cove. These Ehcora are said to have been cast over the Last Sea of Tinuviel by some great evil, and are cursed so that they cannot return. They are guardians of Tiruveil (acknowledgd as so by the First Tayr, leader of the dragons), and powerful fighters and sorcerers. Of all the Ehcora, they are considered the best stratigests and are wonderful at hiding, camoflauging and trapping. They guard the land of Tinuveil from the evil across the sea, which they never speak of by name. The name Aegrandir was given by themselves, meaning "Fell (brave, grim, terrible) Wanderers". Tar is an indication of their royal blood, for as one of the only two tribes from across the Last Sea (the other being the Ar-Curulin) they are decended from the appointed rulers of Ehcora and their land (destroyed long ago, but that's another story). |
