The basement floor complete with sealed clean out drain.  All oil, water, etc. will collect in the cleanout and be manually extracted and disposed of appropriately

Foundation is in!

The upper floor has been laid.  It consists of pre-cast slab beams and will receive a finish top coat of concrete once the walls are installed.  The openings for the pits and stairway (center) have been temporarily covered for safety reasons.

Exterior walls will be of the above split face block and should go up quite quickly.
