Elizabeth Edminster Learning Center

    The Special Education Learning Center Classroom will function primarily as a credit-recovery program under the classroom supervision of Mrs. Helen Keeran.  The emphasis in the program is to assist the special education student in achieving success, thereby enabling him/her to complete graduation requirements and transition back to the main campus at grade level or graduate.  In addition the Learning Center works with students to develop the study skills and social skills necessary for success in the mainstream.  The program is structured and tightly scheduled with contracts entered into with the student, parent and the Learning Center Staff.
