EHW's first pay-per-view: Extremely Lethal!!!
--In the first match of the night, Los Muertos squared off against American Savior. This match saw some interesting happenings, including Los Muertos momentarily losing his mask! Savior, however, pulled this one out with his finisher, Stars and Stripes.
--Following this match, Uncensored walked out and said he wouldn't wait until the end of the night for Lumberjacker. Lumberjacker's music hit but to everyone's surprise he didn't show up. Uncensored forced the ref to count and won the match by countout, much to the chagrin of the fans. He walked out with a smile on his face and the belt on his waist.
--Next up, Bubbles the Clown faced Kid Extreme. Bubbles was still nursing the injury caused by the Kid just a few weeks earlier. Kid pulled out the match with an Extreme Cutter. The more interesting event in this match came when One Man Asylum attacked Bubbles after the match. As Bubbles was taken out, "Danger Zone" began to play over the speakers. To everyone's surprise, Jimmie Morgan (the man who won the "EHW Commentate for a Day" contest but was attacked by OMA) walked out and challenged OMA to a match. OMA handled Morgan easily and finished him with the Bound and Gagged submission.
--In a Last Man Standing Match in the third match of a best-of-3 series between Edge Crusher and Suicidal Maniac, the fans were out of their seats. The match saw great action out of both competitors and a few close counts. It appeared the match was over when Edge Crusher went through a table, but the Maniac set up a double table near the balcony. He laid Edge Crusher under these and went up top for a summersault flip through the tables. He proved the suicidal part of his name, as Edge Crusher moved from harm's way and won the match as well as a shot at the Hardcore title!
-- As if that match hadn't fulfilled the Hardcore appetite of the evening, the fans didn't realize what else they were in store for. American Savior's music hit and he entered the ring to a huge ovation. He claimed that Uncensored must have known something that the rest of the fans didn't and claimed the fans would get what they paid to see: "Uncensored to get his ass kicked!" Uncensored accepted the challenge and was soon in the bloodiest match of his career. This match saw Uncensored get his head cut open from barbed wire, the Savior power bombed into tacks, a light tube busted over the back of the Savior, and other incredible hardcore action. In the end, American Savior put Uncensored into a flaming board with the Stars and Stripes and a new champion was crowned. The fans roared as a very entertaining pay-per-view came to its conclusion.
Notes: It appears OMA has some kind of problem with Bubbles the Clown. Maybe we will see some background on this soon, but Bubbles will be out with another injury for a couple weeks. Joining him on the injured list is Jimmie Morgan, the other opponent of OMA. One wonders if we will see Jimmie in EHW again... Uncensored has appeared on the last two shows without his lovely valet, Destiny. Are there problems in this relationship? Uncensored will face other problems, as EHW higher ups were very angry over his disgracing of the American flag. Although there is no commissioner as of now, can his actions go unpunished? We will find out soon. Also, Uncensored seemed rather confident when he called out the Lumberjacker. Are we to believe he knew what really happened with Lumberjacker? His no show proved to be beneficial for American Savior, however, as we congratulate him on his new championship. Finally there is class behind the belt. EHW Monday Night Mayhem will most certainly be interesting this week. There is a lot left to be desired after the incredible Extremely Lethal...
