I am 37 years old, and a native to Minnesota. Over the years, I have found myself living in Kansas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Nebraska, and now eastern Iowa. I hold a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and a M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the University of Nebraska. I am married, and have three daughters. Currently, I am employed by Schneider-Electric (Square D) as a Staff Manufacturing Engineer in Advanced Manufacturing – New Product Development.

I am new to PSA (2004). Although I have been interested in photography for many years, I have lacked the time and skill to pursue it. I would classify my photographic skills as somewhere between none and beginner as I have taken many pictures, but no real photographs. I desire constructive feedback to improve my photographic and PhotoShop skills. At some point in the future, I hope to develop my skills to the point to allow me to enter PSA competitions.

My interests in photography are black and white, and nature.

I own a Nikon D-70 with 24-85mm and 70-300mm lens, along with Adobe PhotoShop CS.
