A book that is basically quotations from God's word: The Church is Israel Now , by Charles D. Provan will provide numerous other scripture quotations on titles applied to Israel being applied to the Church and Old Testament prophesies that dealt with ethnic Israel being applied to the Church in the New Testament.

Direct fulfillments are literal. Typical fulfillment is an old testament type of Christ being fulfilled in Christ. Analogical are where the circumstances in the New Testament are like the Old Testament ones. According to sense is when the fulfillment is a reference to the sense of what the prophets said. Eschatological Yahweh is when an Old Testament passage referring to Yahweh is said to be fulfilled in Christ. Dispensationalism teaches that all prophecy from the Old Testament must be fulfilled literally since all prophecies about Christ were fulfilled that way. As you can see from this list, all prophecies about Christ were not fulfilled literally. Only about 1/3 were.
