Maggie: I really liked your story, it was written very well nad flowed nicely! I always love reading about stories from different people's childhood becuase they are usually the most interesing. When we are children we have a differnet kind of imagination, one that is more pure and creative. I think    you did a really good job writing your story from the perspective of when you were a child. I loved the pictures too! There were so many that it was really easy to get a picture of what you were talking about in my mind. The only thing you might want to improve on is being a little more descriptive and using a bit more imagery. Also, you could write about your feelings towards your friend Charles. Overall however I really loved your story!

Wow, this was a really touching story. You spoke of some very poignant issues that we often try not to think about. I like how you paid close attention to detail. Was this story real or fictional? That was not clear to me! It sounded like it was all painfully real to you. If it is I might only suggest that you touch slightly more upon your feelings of his death. Concerning your sight design, your very good! I liked the extra features you had and your graphics were cute. I might humbly suggest that you add a return key on all pages of the sight so one can return to the main page at ease.

Maggie, you have beautiful pictures on your website, that really impressed me. I feel that pictures bring a greater effect to your writing, and it did that well with your story. Your description of all the things you witnessed there were written extremely well. You might want to elaborate more on your
expierence with nature there, concentrating on your senses, what you heard, saw, and smelled. Overall, I truely enjoyed your writing and your wonderful pictures.

That was a great story Maggie. I'm sorry to hear about your friend Charlie but I'm also thankful you shared him with us. Your story was very touching and your pictures were mavelous. Great quality. The only suggesstion I have is that maybe you write more on your reaction to your friends death.

Wow Maggie, that was really amazing and thank you for sharing it. I can identify with your story so much it is scarey. When I lost my friend Mark, for a long time I did not want to share the special place we had either. But, as I wrote the paper, I also felt like it was the right thing today. I felt like Mark would have wanted me to share it with everyone. I loved how you were able to connect nature as such an important force of life that is in all of us. I would like to know of you have been or are planning to go back to your special place anytime soon. Do you think it would be too hard to go back there without him? Again, thanks for sharing that. Its not the easiest thing to put those feelings into words and you did a beautiful job.
