Frame weaving

Shimmering Snow was inspired by the Finnish winter, snow drifts, forests, reindeer, stars and the Northern lights..

The winter wallhanging was woven by Niina Lajunen, Susanna Pasanen, Minna Taskinen, Elina Vänttinen, Leila Lyytikäinen and Maiju Taipale.
