13. John HAYNIE Jr. was born
about 1684 in Virginia and he died before 18 Mar 1724/25 in Northumberland County,
Virginia. John was was not mentioned in the will of his father, Richard Haynie, most
likely because he died before his father wrote his will. John was found in the will of
his brother, Bridgar.
John was married to Hannah NEALE (daughter of Ebenezer NEALE) before
3 Nov 1702 in Northumberland County, Virginia. Hannah married John Haynie after 19 August
1703 and before 27 November 1706. On 19 August 1703 Hannah Shapleigh petitioned the court
for administrator of the Estate of Thomas Shapleigh. Hannah NEALE
was born on 12 Jul 1684 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia and
she died after 1715. When Hannah married John she was the widow of Thomas Shapleigh.
Hannah petitioned the court on 19 August 1703: "Motion of Hannah Shapleigh widow and
relict of Thomas Shapleigh, dec'd, a com. of adm. to her".

Virginia. She married Henry BERRY.

Stephen HAYNIE was born about 1710 in Northumberland County, Virginia. He married
Anne ????.

Richard HAYNIE was born in Northumberland County, Virginia. He married
Maryann PARROTT.
52 vi.
Sarah HAYNIE was born on 11 May 1718 in Northumberland County, Virginia. Sarah's birth
is recorded in St. Stephen's Parish Register as: "Sarah Hayne Daug'r To Do (Jo'n)
Born May 11, 1718".
