15. Maximillian HAYNIE was born on 31 Oct 1688 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia. He died bet 6 Feb 1727 - 18 Jun 1729 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia. Maximilian is identified in the will of his father and his birth is recorded in the parish records of Saint Stephens, Northumberland County, Virginia: " Maximolian Haynie son to Rich'd was born 31 Oct'r 1688".(Record of Births, Fleet, Colonial Abs. Vol III).
Maximilian's will was recorded in Northumberland County, Virginia, Record Book 20, 1726-1729, p. 135a. An abstract of the will follows:

Haynie, Maxamillion, of St. Stephens Parish.
Will Written: 6 February 1727; Will Probated: 18 June 1729.
Son Uriah Haynie: negro girl Nan.
Daughter Elizabeth Haynie: my youngest negro girl.
Son Mackamillion Haynie: negro girl Doll.
Rest of my estate to be equally divided between my wife Mary Hany and my children, and Urie Haynie to be my executor.

20 May 1729: Capt. Peter Turin made oath that he wrote the will by order of Maxamillion Haynie dec'd, and that the said Haynie endeavoured to signe it but was not able, but however, acknowledged it to be his last will and testament.

18 June 1729: will was presented in Court by Simon Bowley, and on an examination of Jane Haynie admitted to record.

Maximillian was married to Mary Jane ???? born about 1680 in Virginia. Maximillian HAYNIE and Mary Jane ???? had the following children:
53 i. Uriah HAYNIE was born on 14 Feb 1721 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia and he died after 1743. Uriah is identified in the will of his father, Maxamillion Haynie, wherein he inherited a negro girl and was named as the executor of the will. Uriah was found living in Prince William County on 28 September 1741. He sold his land in Northumberland County, Virginia, in 1743. (Northumberland County, Virginia, Record Book 1738-1743, p 242).
+54 ii. Maximillian HAYNIE Jr. was born 21 October 1723 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia. He married first Sarah FAULKNER. He married second Elizabeth BUCHANAN.
+55 iii. Elizabeth HAYNIE was born 20 July 1725 in St. Stephen's Parish, Northumberland County, Virginia. She married John BUCHANAN.
