17. Katherine HAYNIE was born about 1695 in Northumberland County, Virginia. Katherine is identified in the will of her father, Richard Haynie, wherein she received land. She is also identified in the will of her step-mother, Elinor, who left her the sum of ten shillings. At court on 19 March 1711/12, Northumberland County, Virginia, court dismissed a suit filed by Richard Haynie on behalf of his daughter Catherine Haynie against John Way and Elizabeth his wife.
She was married to Thomas BEARCROFT Jr. (son of Thomas BEARCROFT and Martha ????). Thomas BEARCROFT Jr. was born about 1690 in Northumberland County, Virginia. He died about 1747 in Virginia. Thomas, Jr. is identified in the will of his father. Thomas Bearcroft, Jr.'s will was probated in 1747.
