Reiki Classes and the Various Levels

I received my Reiki Master from a teacher trained in the Tibetan tradition using four levels of Reiki. I planned to teach Reiki but, after some experience, I found my groups are best served if I act as a tour guide and let Reiki do the teaching. Reiki teaches Reiki much better than I teach Reiki.

My classes are designed to let students explore Reiki. Rigorous adherance to technique is not as important as developing a feeling of Reiki. As you might suspect, especially if you read the previous page, the schedule between attunements is quite flexible.

Following are the four levels and the course descriptions as I present them. This should acquaint you with the general Reiki program. Although this is my specific approach, it is similar to what most Reiki Masters teach.

Level I: the beginning level

Level II: transcendence of time and space

This level is available to those certified to Level I and used Reiki for at least 3 months. Students who recieved Level I from another Reiki Master are welcome.

Personal Mastery: personal growth, transformation, and increased enlightenment

This degree is available to those who are certified and have conscientiously been working at Level II for at least 3 months. Students of other Masters are welcome.

Master/Teacher: for those wishing to teach Reiki

It is necessary that one practice Reiki conscientiously for one year and have completed Personal Mastery or the equivalent. This level requires a deep commitment to Reiki as, more than any other level other than Level I, this level will affect great changes in your life. This level is not only a step up in energy, it is a great move towards humility and opening to all life. It is a commitment to a way of being. This degree should not be entered into lightly.
