i have a background in advertising but i went through a drastic life change that lasted 7 years. i quit my job and dumped my past and got a job selling tools. i explored my life and i grew. i am an artist with the heart of a philosopher. i got into computers late (1995) and began web design as a hobby. soon i was adept enough to be a web designer and shortly thereafter (may 1997) got a job with cal state university's chancellor's office.

i met my wife in spring of 1992 at the renaissance pleasure faire in southern california, we moved in together and got married on august 12, 1995. that was a turning point in my life. i have to say that my wife, kelly, is my best friend and her strength and wisdom was crucial to my growth. her belief in me gave me the strength to find myself and move from pathetic to self-actualized.

on june 29, 2000, kelly and i had a baby, our daughter, jasmine. it was a long hard road... kelly got accute appendicitis and had a major operation when she was 3 months pregnant... the doctor was afraid the baby would be lost. but all is well now. jasmine grows fast and is very smart.
