The Game Boy grows up
Game Boy Advance
During the Spaceworld game exabition in September of 2000, Nintendo unveiled to the public the big news about their latest portable video game system known as GAME BOY ADVANCE.

This improved Game Boy has 32 megebits and plays games very much like the Super Nintendo but better.  The GBA screen desplays a 240 X 160 dot resolution with a 40.8mm X 61.2mm size screen.  That is 40% larger than the Game Boy. The battery life span will have a maxium of 15 hours of gameplay. You may have read earlier from Magazines stating it has 20 hours of battery power which was later corrected by Nintendo.

You may have noticed that the GBA has a green coloured power light instead of red one. Well there is a reason for this. I read the Nintendo Power magazine vol.145 and it stated that the green light indicates battery power is high. As the energy decreases, the light goes from green to red to alert you that the batteres only have about 20-30% of energy left. Later the red light becomes dim meaning the battery power is dieing. Battery power should last about 15 hours.
