followed by the dream, filmed in stop-motion animation
by the studios of Claymation creator Will Vinton. In the fantasy,
Tim gathers a myriad of items for those less fortunate
and comes to realize that "real charity is about giving of
yourself." The show also includes cameos (in human form) by
race-car drivers Michael and Mario Andretti, who compete
against Tim in "the Butterball 500," a turkey-carving race, which
is called by famous Indy 500 announcer Jack Arute.

Tool Time continues to be a "jewel" despite the continued
excess presence of the Binford name. Things rapidly turn sad
when Al decides to take his mother out to dinner to tell her
he's going to get married... and she has a heart attack and
dies.

As the Taylor's bid farewell after eight wonderful years:
Tim quits "Tool Time" after Morgan pushes him too far. On
their last show, the K & B All- Tool Band and Mario Andretti
make appearences.
Tim and the boys look back on the past eight years in their
home as they prepare to move to Indiana after Jill recieves
an incredible job offer.
Al and Trudy get married in the Taylor's backyard.
