Chong Ming-Chun Eng
Chong Ming and Chun Eng is a new pair, forged by coach, Park Ju Bong after the Thomas Cup 2000. Park Ju Bong sets the target of top 20 in 1 year.
Chong Ming-Chun Eng, who are just two months into their partnership, pulled off one the most stunning upsets ever when they ousted world champions and top seeds Kim Dong-moon and Ha Tae-kwon of South Korea in their opening match of the Malaysian Open badminton championships at Malawati Stadium. It was only Chong Ming-Chun Eng second international tournament. But it wasn't their first big scalp. They had beaten teammates Choong Tan Fook-Lee Wan Wah in th final of the Kuala Lumpur Open last month.
They continued their giant-killing ways when they scalped China's Yu Jinhao-Chen Qiqui, who played first doubles for China in the Thomas Cup Finals before eliminated by Flandi Limpele-Eng Hian from Indonesia in the quarter finals.
