Many Salutations to you friend!
If you do not know already, I am the elven street samurai know as Shakespeare, boldest of the bold and bravest of the brave. Er, when it comes to anything except dealing with the black arts.
Few know who I am, or how I came to be the warrior I am today. The following is a tale that I have told only those select few whom I call friend.
I do not remember who my mother or father were, all I know is that they were killed in an auto accident when I was 3. Somehow, I survived. The only reason I know anything about them is because I have an older half brother, Jacob. He follows the path of the wolf shaman, so I am not that close to him. Jacob told me that I have a twin sister, so I am on the quest to find her, or find what happened to her.
I grew up with my adoptive parents, Anna and Oni. Both were sisters, I think because they slept together and were very affectionate towards each other.
Since Oni used to be a teacher, she took it opon herself to educated me at home. She made sure I had a well rounded education. My favorite studies was the works of Shakespeare.
Anna was a freelance security specialist, so she worked off and on, mostly nights. It wasn't until I was sixteen years old that I was told the truth. Anna was a shadowrunner, specifically a Decker. She introduced me to the business, and I received training from some of her team mates.
They taught me how to be a warrior and to survive as well. According to Oni, they were grooming me to potentially work with them. Unfortunately, Anna's team mates did not possess the same sense of honor that I did. They felt that with such a thing I would be a liability on most runs. I never had the opportunity to work with them and prove them wrong about me.
On All's Day of 2049, I returned home from an errand to find the house broken into and Anna dead on the floor. There was no sign of Oni, so I can only assume that she managed to escape.
Shaken, I tried to find Anna's team mates. They too were dead. I took what few supplies I could find, since it was obvious that I had to solve their murders. It was doubtful that the star could be trusted, since these were shadowrunners.
