Dear Family,

Greetings from Venezuela. How are things at home? Things here are going well. Yesterday Matilda and Felix went to church. Felix will get baptized Tuesday, and Matilda next Tuesday. They both had a good time at church, and the members here are great with getting to know investigators.

Elder Maxfield's doing well. His spanish is going along well - he was probably one of the best speakers from his group. His problem, just like mine was, isn't speaking but understanding. Yesterday we went on splits and he hated it. I hated mine too, in the beginning of my mission, but it is super efficient and it's a rule that we do at least 4 of them a week.

Last week I wrote a ton of letters and so I think that all my "writing energy reserve" got all used up. Sorry! I'll try to keep track of all the cool stuff that happens during the week to be able to tell you in the next letter.

Happy Birthday Mom
