Reality rises up in an ever-shifting landscape
that makes us humble but strong. What we see
(in truth) has changed already into something
new. Sometimes aware, sometimes ignorant of
our position, we nonetheless are on a ledge
between where we go and where we come from.
We never are really still, but tied inseparably
into the movement of a great kinetic tapestry.
