| Elizabeth Carling Biography
Elizabeth Carling was born on the 20 October 1967 in Middlesbrough. She is best known as an actress hwo has appeared in shows like Boon, Goodnight Sweetheart, Barbara, and Casualty. She also appeared in Crocodile shoes. Her Dad Freddie is a former process operator at the acid plant at ICI.She attended Oaklands School, before going on to study at the old Stockton-Billingham Tech College later she attended Teesside University more recently getting an honorary MA in Acting. In her student days Liz sang in clubs in Middlesbrough and was once part of a duo called Replay with Joe Watson. You will have seen her recently playing Selena Donovan on the BBC medical drama Casualty some of the storylines she was involved in included her being kidnapped and stabbed by drug traffickers amongst other things. Interesting facts about liz include, she has a twin sister who is an aromatherapist and works as a Development Manager in the dept of Health & Care at Hartlepool College. In 2003, Liz was made Patron of the Holistic Cancer Care Centre at the James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough, which treated her sister Laura, when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her Auntie Joan was a music-hall star and was part of an act called Twinkletoes and Massey. Joan also once taught Julie Andrews to tap dance. She Used to be engaged to actor Neil Morrissey whom she met when they worked on "Boon" (1986). (theres no accounting for taste I know. She is a trained singer and after appeaing as 'Phoebe Sparrow' in Good nights sweetheart she released an album of Wartime covers also titled Goodnight Sweetheart. She is 5'7" and left handed. She enjoys eating out, going to the cinema, aerobics, running and walking and whilst she loves a roast she prefers a nice pub lunch to having to cook dont we all. She is quoted as saying "when I go to the gym I have a really hard workout - otherwise there's no point in going" after gym sessions she often enjoys a good facial. Her perfect man is someone who could make her laugh and she hopes to have kids some day in other words she is more or less perfect, beautiful, gorgeous talented and intelligent.
