Wendy formerly co-hosted the BBCs look north with Mike Neville before being moved to the 9:28pm news bulletin. She is a familiar face to anyone in the north east and aside from her engaging personality and undoubted beauty she has also done a lot to help regional children in need efforts aswell as other charities like the Rainbow Trust. Formerly married to Simon Willis a fellow presenter Wendy plays an important role presenting many regional awards ceremonies in the north east like the Business Executive of the Year, and the National Teaching awards. Intelligent aswell as stunning Wendy is a graduate in modern languages speaking French, German and Italian. Nimble with her fingers aswell as her tounge she also sometimes works as a travel writer contributing to Living North and Journal Exclusive.
