Bob is the Guardian of Mainframe. He is known for running in and doing things without thinking them through first, as he prefers to leave the planning to Dot. This 'look before you leap' attitude has sometimes gotten him in trouble... but other times, Bob's ability to do things on the fly pays off.
The relationship between Bob and Dot took three seasons to develop ^_^. It wasn't until Bob was shot into the Web that Dot realized how much he meant to her. During his time in the web, Bob realized how much Dot meant to him. For some reason, though, these two crazy kids still can't seem to get together!
