Femur is the Emperor of Planet Bone. At first, he was reluctant to join the Alliance, and attempted to make a deal with The Beast. Lamprey, however, double crossed him.
Although Femur's forces are needed in the battle, his presence is a slight annoyance to the others. He is a pervert, much to the chagrin of Jade and Tekla, and is very manipulative. If he sees a better deal, he won't hesitate to take it, leaving those depending on him in the dust.
Femur is never seen without his royal advisor, Pelvus (even though Pelvus has an inclination towards poisoning Femur's food). The Emperor also has an unexplainable affinity for Tom Jones songs.
