Jewelia is one of the leaders of the Prison Planet, which is divided into two factions. She seems to be from Planet Crystal (at least, that's what it looks like. The name of her planet has never been mentioned).
Jewelia loves fighting, and kills for sport. Not only does she ask her men to die for her in battle, but she believes it should be their main purpose in life.
Jewelia's arch-nemesis is the other ruler of the Prison Planet, Sternum from Planet Bone. Jewelia has put all her efforts into killing Sternum and seizing control of his part of the Prison Planet.
