Hi!!! Well here's chapter 3. Sailor Moon is
the property of Naoko Takeuchi and some other people who I'm sure worked
very hard to create Sailor Moon. The usual disclaimers apply. Thank x to

seems like yours, I'm giving you credit right now! I don't mean to use
people's ideas(unless they specifically ask me to),but sometimes they

				3 Ancient Romances
Mina was in the guest room given to her with Serena and Lita, they were
trying to figure out what to wear for the ball that night(they had their
entire wardrobes transferred to their guest rooms).
	"How about this dress?" Mina asked, pulling a soft orange dress
from her closet. The two other Princesses all shook their heads.
	"This isn't a PLANET ball where you HAVE to wear your planet's
color Mina!"Lita told her.
	"I know, I just don't have many things that aren't orange," Mina
replied looking back in the closet, at the very back she found a violet
dress. The dress had a full skirt that reached to the floor, a tight
waist and tight sleeves that would end in a point on the back of her
hand. Mina pulled the dress out and looked questioningly at her friends.
	"Well?" Mina asked.
	"Wear that one!" Lita and Serena told her in unison. Mina smiled
and put the dress back in the closet for that night. 
	"So what are you guys wearing to the ball?" Mina asked as she
joined her friends on the bed.
	"Well I'm wearing a silver and gold dress, it fits tightly around
me and then has thin pieces of gold cloth around the waist." Serena
answered.
	"I'm wearing a red dress, ankle length, tight and sleeves like
your dress Mina," Lita told them."I can't wait until tonight!"
	" Neither can I!" Mina and Serena said in unison.

The ball was a big hit that night and young couples were all over the
place, an orchestra was playing and everyone was having a great time.
Suddenly the music stopped and trumpets announced the arrival of the
Royal Family. Queen Arora came out in a soft green floor length ball
gown, and stepped up onto the platform where chairs had been placed for
the royalty. All of the people settled down as the Queen began to speak.
	"Thank you all for coming tonight," Queen Arora addressed the
crowd. "I hope that you are all enjoying the food and the music. We have
some special guests tonight, Queen Serenity of the Moon......." The
silver haired Queen walked in in her silver ball gown and stood next to
Queen Arora. "Princess Serenity of the Moon escorted by my son, Prince
Endymion of Earth........" Queen Arora announced. The Princess and Prince
entered, Serenity was on Endymion's arm, he was wearing a silver tux and
cape. They stepped up on the platform and Queen Arora announced the next
Princess and Prince, "Princess Venus escorted by my nephew, Prince
Neptune......." The pair walked in, Damon was also wearing a silver tux
and cape. They stepped up on the platform and Queen Arora announced the
final pair, "Princess Jupiter escorted by my nephew, Prince Saturn." The
final Prince and Princess entered( yes Darren was wearing the silver tux
and cape as well). The music started and Serena and Mina came off the
platform and talked to Lita. The orchestra was ready to start a new song
when someone came up behind Mina and tapped her on the shoulder. Mina
spun around and found damon standing behind her. 
	"Princess, may I have this dance?" Damon asked and bowed to kiss
her hand. When he straitened up there was a playful sparkle in his eyes.
	"Of course," MIna said catching the mood. They walked out onto
the dance floor and started to waltz as the orchestra began playing
again.
	"They would make a good couple," Lita told Serena. Soon Endymion
and Darren asked the two remaining Princesses to dance. They all spun
around the room with skill and grace as they moved in time to the music.
It was obvious to everyone in the room that Darren and Lita were enjoying
themselves, Serena and Endymion were having an equally good time as well,
catching up on everything that had happened since they had last seen each
other. Damon and Mina were also talking, catching up on everything. Damon
was also telling her jokes, he was crazy about bad jokes.
	"Did I tell you the one about hevan that I just learned?" Damon
asked Mina as they danced.
	"No, but I have the feeling you're going to tell me now," Mina
replied.
	"Yup!" Damon started the joke, " Lita, Serena and you are in
hevan and I just got there. I walk a little ways and find Lita chained to
a fat slobbering guy and I said ' Lita what do you do?' and she says '
oh, I did some bad things in my life and this is my punishment', then I
find Serena and she's chained to a skinny ugly guy and I say 'Serena,
what did you do?' and she says ' oh, I did some bad things in my life and
this is my punishment ' I walk on and I find you chained to an absolutely
handsome guy, and I say ' Mina what did you DO?' and the guy turns around
and says ' oh, I did some bad things in my life and this is my punishment
!' " Mina almost fell down from laughing so hard.
	"Your other jokes are bad, but this joke tops them all!" Mina
declared still giggling slightly. Damon smiled and she smiled back, ' She
is really beautiful when she smiles, ' he thought, then 'Damon! What are
you thinking!? This is your best friend!' ' Yeah my BEAUTIFUL best
friend, I wish she were more' 'When did you start thinking these things?'
' When I first laid eyes on her.' Damon was surprised by his new 
feelings for Mina. Where did they come from and what exactly where they?
Meanwhile, Mina was thinking the same things about him. They both
suddenly got shy and danced in silence for a moment. When the song ended
they walked out to the balcony. Right as they were about to go out Damon
stopped.
	"What?" Mina whispered. Damon pointed to a couple kissing each
other in the far corner of the balcony. Mina looked closer and her jaw
practically hit the floor.
	"Those two are Serena and Endymion!" MIna hissed. Damon and Mina
stared wide eyed at each other, the same thoughts in both of their minds:
' What are Serena and Endymion doing kissing each other?'
