Hi guys :-)  Well, here's chapter 5. Sailor Moon is the property of Naoko
Takuchi. All the usual disclaimers apply. Now that's gotten out of the
way! Thank x to everyone who has e-mailed. Here's the story. Oh, and if
you haven't already, you should probably go read the Revised chapter 4 to
this fanfic. I got so e-mail's asking questions about the ending, so I
did a little editing. Thank x. And if Mina doesn't seem exactly like she
does know, that's because I think that her personality was a little
different in the Silver Millennium. I don't own Sailor Moon, so please
don't sue me! Thank you.


			3 Ancient Romances
The ball ended and all of the guests left. The six Princes and Princesses
made plans for the next day and they all left for their chambers. Right
before they all left, Damon pulled Mina aside and asked her to please be
nice to Serena, since Mina was still a little miffed. Mina reluctantly
agreed and followed her friends to her chamber.
	" Good-night Mina!" Lita called as she went into her chamber next
door.
	" Good-night Lita!" Mina called back.
	" Um, 'night, Mina" Serena said hesitantly.
	" 'Night Serena," Mina said to her friend. Serena turned to go to
her chamber, but Mina called to her,  " Serena?"
	" Yes?" Serena turned back around.
	"I'm sorry that I was such a pill tonight. Forgive me?" Mina
apologized, Mina could never stay mad at someone even if she wanted to.
She was also frequently the one to apologize first, especially if she was
fighting with Damon, he HATED to apologize first.
	" Yeah, I forgive you," Serena smiled at her friend and went to
her chamber. Mina opened her door, put on her night gown and fell fast
asleep.

The next morning Mina woke up with the sense that someone was watching
her. She slowly opened her eyes and looked around, there didn't appear to
be anyone there. Mina rolled over and almost screamed, because when she
turned over she came face to face with Damon!
	" What are you doing here?! Trying to give scare me out of my
mind?" Mina asked as she quickly sat up. She noticed Darren at the door.
He was trying to hold in a snicker. Mina suddenly got an idea. " I'm
going to teach you two to NEVER scare me again!" And with that she
grabbed her pillow and hit Damon on the head with it. Mina then proceeded
to chase the two boys out of the room hitting them with the pillow every
chance she got. They ran down the hall laughing until she managed one
really good blow to Darren's head. He was very surprised by the impact of
the pillow and stumbled into Lita's doorway. Lita heard the thump(she's a
very light sleeper) and came to see what all the commotion was. When she
saw what had happened, Lita promptly grabbed her pillow and whacked Damon
over the head. Darren and Damon decided to arm themselves so they ran to
Serena's chamber door and pounded on it. When Serena came to ask what the
knocking was all about the boys ran in grabbed the pillows off her bed
and went to go pillow fight with Lita and Mina. Suddenly a shrill whistle
pierced the air. Everyone looked up and they saw Queen Aurora standing
there. She was wearing her bathrobe over a long blue and green nightgown.
Everyone stopped and put their pillows down.
	" What is going on here? I could hear you from all the way across
the palace!" Queen Aurora told them.
	" Uh, sorry Aunt Aurora," Darren apologized.
	" All of you go get dressed and then go to the dinning hall,
NOW!" The Queen turned and went to get dressed herself. "Oh, and get
Endymion."
They all went to their chambers to get dressed. Fifteen minutes later
everyone was in the dining hall. The boys had on their casual suits(they
were forced to wear suits everyday. Some kind of Royal etiquette)and the
girls had on light dresses. The dresses had long sleeves, but were meant
for summer. The dresses were the colors of each girls planet(Mina:orange,
Lita:green,Serena:pink). When they were all seated at the table Queen
Aurora came in. She had on a blue dress much like the silver one Queen
Serenity was wearing. Queen Serenity followed Queen Aurora in.
	" You know that you should not have been pillow fighting in the
palace, correct?" Queen Aurora asked. They all nodded. " Since this is
the first time it happened, I will excuse it without punishment, however
I don't ever want to be woken up like that again. Do you all understand?"

	"Yes ma'm," they all answered.
	"Good, Serenity, Endymion, we need to speak to both of you,"
Queen Serenity said."The rest of you go into the gardens, you can't wake
anyone up there,"Queen Serenity said, there was a slight sparkle in her
eyes that told them she thought their little morning pillow fight had
been funny. Everyone except Serena and Endymion went out to the gardens.
	" How about a  race?" Damon suggested as soon as they had
entered." From here to the reflecting pool."
	"Alright," they all agreed. Mina and Lita took off their high
heels.
	"On your marks get set, GO!" Damon and Darren were off in a flash
with Lita and Mina close behind them. Soon Lita and Mina were ahead of
the two boys and they got to the pool first.
	"Cheaters!" Darren announced when he and Damon arrived.
	" We are not! We won fair and you know it Darren," Lita told him.

	" Alright," Darren said. They all sat down and for a few moments
there was silence.
	"What do you think they needed Serena and Endymion for?" Mina
asked.
	" Probably some formal thing," Damon answered. "You know,
something really boring. Or else they're serving them cookies and hot
chocolate as a way of punishing us!" he joked. They all talked until a
guard came out and told them they were requested for a meeting. They all
got up and followed the guard to a conference room. When they entered,
Queen Aurora got up and told them all to sit down.
	" I'm sorry that we took so long before you were needed, but we
needed to settle the matter of Princess Serenity and Prince Endymion's
coming betrothal,"Queen Aurora apologized.
	"This next matter concernes the rest of you,"Queen Serenity said
turning to the four other Princesses and Princes," the people on all of
your planets have been asking when you will marry,and we think that this
subject needs to be addressed. All of you are the heirs to the thrones of
your respective planets, therefore you should marry someone who is not
the heir to a throne, but has royal blood. I In the case of Princess
Serenity and Prince Endymion, they are both the heirs to their parents
thrones so now Endymion's younger brother, Madison will become the heir
to the throne of Earth. Starting tomorrow each of you will begin to see
suiters, since none of you have yet picked a spouse, with the exception
of Serenity and Endymion. YOur parents have arranged this whole thing."
When the Queen was finished the Princes and Princesses looked at each
other, the same question in all of their minds, ' Do my parents really
expect me to find happiness with people they have picked out for us?'
